About Us Fire Style provides top quality branded goods. We aim to supply all goods in the most efficient manner possible at competitive prices. The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions received by Fire Style via the telephone, Internet, mail and email. The placement of an order through these methods indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

Description Of Goods

All products sold are of a complex technical nature and we are sometimes unable to give full specifications of all products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications in our advertisements, relayed by telephone and on the Internet are for the sole purpose of providing guidance and are an approximate description. Full details of specifications are available from manufacturer’s brochures or their web sites.

Product Information

All product specifications, images and other information published in our advertisements and on our web site have been obtained from our suppliers, manufacturer's and other publications. Firestyle cannot guarantee the reliability or accuracy of the information and prices described, published or quoted.

Errors and Omissions

In the event a product is listed or quoted at an incorrect price due to an error by ourselves, our agents and our suppliers or publishers. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If you credit/debit card has been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit card
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Shipping And Handling Sorry, but we currently do not ship to countries outside the UK. All orders are FREE Delivery to Mainland UK, Please Note we DO NOT deliver to North Scotland and Ireland.

Delivery Schedule All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If the goods are not supplied as specified we will refund you if the transaction is cancelled. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security All credit cards are processed by Secure Hosting who use industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption with Thawte digital certificates. When you enter your order form hosted on our secure server your browser will automatically inform you that encryption is being used. Furthermore, all data stored on the secure server is encrypted again and protected by a firewall, the specification of which has been recognised by the major banks.
Guarantee All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and are covered for the stipulated guarantee period. Consumable products carry a minimum of 3 months guarantee e.g.. batteries. This guarantee specifically excludes faults by accident, neglect and misuse. In addition routine maintenance, adjustments, and user interface configuration that are available within the user's remit are not covered under the manufacturers guarantee. All products that are found to be working to the manufacturers specifications will be subject to carriage and inspection surcharges. In addition Fire Style will charge a £15.00 flat rate administration fee for processing information. Privacy Policy Fire Style do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Acceptance & Risk

When the goods are delivered to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your risk. Any transit damage, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

Notification Of Claims
Damage In Transit

If the goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it is the consumers responsibility to notify us within 3 days of receipt by fax or email.

Shortages

It is the consumer's responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery consignment note and report any shortages within 3 days of receipt by fax or email.

In-Correct Goods

It is the consumer's responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Deliveries

We will not accept any liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.

Under Guarantee Repairs

All goods over 14 days since receipt by the customer will be repaired inline with the manufacturers guarantee and you should complete a customer service document that is to be sent back via post, fax or email to sales@firestyle.co.uk detailing your problem, this form is available from the customer services department on Tel: 0870 7572022 or email for a copy. We will then contact you detailing the next action to have your product repaired under guarantee. Where appropriate customer services will provide details of your local authorised service centre. We advise all customers to retain box and packaging where possible, as you will be solely responsible for any damages caused due to packaging. Customer services will contact you and provide you with a returns reference number. This information must be clearly marked on the box as returns will be accepted and returned. Without it will be returned and not accepted.

Cancelled and Returned Goods

In acceptance with the distance selling regulations 2000 you may cancel an order within 7 days of receipt of the goods. You are required to send a notice of cancellation in writing, fax or e-mail, stating your customer account number, sale number and reason for cancellation of the goods. A telephone call is not enough to constitute cancellation. If you exercise your right to cancel such goods the ownership of the goods will revert to the supplier. The regulations impose a responsibility on the consumer to take reasonable care of any goods that have been supplied. The obligation applies before as well as after the consumer has given the notice of cancellation. This provision is designed to ensure such goods can be sold as new again. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods and damages will be at the customer’s risk. We interperate reasonable care as meaning the goods are in perfect condition with all box and packaging intact. All accessories must be unopened including, remote controls, batteries. All goods allowed for return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus cost of collection. Goods that have not been agreed by the customer services department for return will not be accepted and will be refused. Goods that do not meet the above criteria and are not resalable as new will be subjected to additional surcharges.
Goods that have been purchased and have failed within 14 days of receipt will be collected inspected and replaced if they do not fall within manufacturers specifications. You should complete a customer service document that should be sent back via post, fax or email to sales@firestyle.co.uk detailing your problem, this form is available from the customer services department on Tel: 0870 7572022 or email for a copy. Goods that we find working to manufacturers specifications will be returned to you and the cost of the carriage charged to you. Any returned goods refused to be accepted back by the customer will also levy a surcharge at a minimum 15% of the invoice price plus a flat rate of £15.00 administration fee for processing.

Other

You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. You will receive an invoice on receipt of the goods and copies are available by emailing sales@firestyle.co.uk. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions on our web site are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
Remittance Terms We accept major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Switch. You must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number, which is held with your credit/debit card company.
